Stefanie Graf, Billie Jean King, USTA, City Parks Tennis Event
CLICK ON IMAGE TO VIEW PHOTO ALBUM
Longines, the Swiss watch company, and tennis legend, philanthropist and Longines ambassador Stefanie Graf, joined forces with fellow legendary player Billie Jean King and four current professionals putting on a tennis clinic for more than 50 children provided by event presenters City Parks Foundation and the USTA Eastern Division. Graf (married to Andre Agassi), spent three hours on court tutoring and helping the children, offering tips and advice about their tennis games.
Shooting this event got me to experience the The Central Park Tennis Center. And to think, after living in Manhattan for over 15 years, I thought I've done all that NYC has to offer. Who knew?! LI Tennis Magazine (photo credit), World Team Tennis (photo credit), Tennis Life Magazine, and a video clip on USTA's website.

Manhattanhenge, Tonight in NYC
This snap was taken last night at 33rd Street -which was just a preview to tonight's official sunset. "Manhattanhenge" is one of only a few occasions a year when the Sun sets in exact alignment with the Manhattan grid, fully illuminating every single cross-street for the last fifteen minutes of daylight. For best effect, position yourself as far east in Manhattan as possible. But ensure that when you look west across the avenues you can still see New Jersey. Clear cross streets include 14th, 23rd, 34th. 42nd, 57th.

Children's Photography/Modeling Cards
I have a park right around the corner from my studio for some fun shots. When it comes to photographing children, kids should be kids -not kids trying to be grown ups... Toddlers and Tiaras is so wrong! lol.
